Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Please check our shipping policy or contact us for specific details.

How do I place an order?

Simply select the product you want from the dropdown menu on the product page and then click the 'Add to Cart' button. Follow the steps in the checkout process, and once your order is confirmed, we will prepare it and send you a tracking number.

How do I receive orders for multiple items?

When you order multiple items, each item is usually shipped in a separate package to ensure efficient delivery.

Yes, we use   Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption to protect your personal information and payment details. Your credit card details are only used to complete the transaction and are not stored afterwards.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days  (Monday to Friday).

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Transit time is 3-4 business days. So, in total, it will take 4-6 business days to ship the product to you.

What is the final order time?

Orders placed after 03:00 PM (GMT+05:00) Pakistan Standard Time (Karachi). Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day.

We do accept exchanges, and they follow the same conditions as returns:

  • The item must have been purchased from our online store.
  • The item shouldn’t have been used in any way.
  • The item should be in its original packaging with all tags, etc.
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, Gifts and opened or used products cannot be returned.
